Palo Santo is also referred to as “holy wood” or “wood of the saints”.
 
Used for smudging practices. Light the Palo Santo Stick and once it has caught fire, blow it out so that the smoke may fill your space and cleanse it.
Always have an open window, to allow the negative smoke to escape.
