Delivery time frames: Approximately 7-14 working days. 

 

*Unfortunately due to the current COVID crisis we are unable to provide an estimate into when your package will arrive. We aim to send your order out as soon as possible, however as there are limited flight services we can not guarantee a time frame. Other factors that should be considered are delays in customs clearance in each county.

 

**We use Australia Post for all International Deliveries. If you prefer to use an Express Courier Service such as DHL, FedEx, TNT or Toll we are happy to help you look into this with additional delivery fee.

There are still delivery delays to all international destinations because of the impacts of COVID-19, including due to airline capacity and in-country delivery impacts.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each product that Zen Generation has dispatched is personally selected and packaged, however sometimes during transit, your items might get damaged.

If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we'll be happy to help.

 

We offer a 14 day exchange or refund for Full Priced items only. This excludes sale items, or items purchased during promotional flash sales. 

 

If you are unsure about a product, please contact us for further information before committing to the purchase. We are more than happy to help and to send through additional photos or videos.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

​

  • Full priced items can be exchanged or refunded in full, if returned within 14 days of purchase, minus all shipping charges.

  • All returns must be in the original packaging and must not be used.

  • We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us here at ZG.

  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges. 

  • Jewellery can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, unfortunately we cannot take any exceptions. 

  • Items purchased during promotional flash sales or from our Private Sale section are not eligible for returns.

Sale Promotional Rules:

Unfortunately all of our collaboration partners are excluded from any discounts or sales that Zen Generation offer, unless otherwise stated. We are official stockists and have partnered with these amazing brands which include MAHO, Bohemian Rhapsodie Paris, Soul Cards, St Soleil, HA KO, Who is Elijah and With Caressa.

Discounted items and packs are also excluded from any promotional sales.

Disclaimer:

Crystals are natural and therefore, depending on their structure and density may chip when handled roughly. Please be mindful that all crystals are unique and therefore having non-perfect points or minor imperfections is completely normal. Any man-made damages will be listed accordingly on each product. No refunds or Exchanges for sale products.

Once your package has arrived safely to you, Zen Generation takes no responsibility or Liability on how you use your products. Please do your own research and ensure that you are using crystals safely and appropriately. Do not ingest crystals under any circumstances as they are minerals and can be dangerous.

For kids:

Please use your own judgment and find crystals that are appropriate for kids. Crystals can be sharp and may break if handled roughly.

Zen Generations Kids is designed for children over 5 years of age. It is not recommended for kids to use crystals at a younger age unless otherwise stated.
