Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese practice for energy flow and blood circulation. Originally preformed for the whole body, the scrapping practice has now been transformed into a gentler face sculpting routine.

Gua Sha is achieved by applying firm pressure over the face, scraping the tool outwards in long strokes.

This practice will eventually result in better skin, increased blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and improved skin elasticity.
